Children, Youth & Family
We have a wonderful children & youth program here at Grace Lutheran Church! We offer many opportunities for our youth to learn, serve and have fun in fellowship. Check out some of our Weekly Events (September – May ) below! Check out our summer events here.
Sundays (Begins Sept 8 2019)
Worship 9:00-10:00am
Sunday School (Pre-K – 6th grade) 10:05 – 10:55am
Grace supports the partnership with families in the Christian education and faith development of their children. This rotation program is designed to help kids explore an active and meaningful relationship with God. The curriculum is Biblically based, child-centered and age-appropriate.
- 4 Year Olds – Kindergarten: Meet in the Pre-K Room (behind the stage)
- 1st – 4th Grade: Meet in the Fellowship Hall
- 5th – 6th Grade: Meet in the Treehouse (3rd Floor)

Wednesdays (Begins Sept 2019)
Worship 5:30 – 6:00pm
Chew n Chat 6:00 – 6:30pm
Youth are invited to eat after attending worship and before heading off to Confirmation or Youth Group. This meal is free to everyone. Grab a plate and join us in the kitchen!
Confirmation 6:30-8:00pm
Confirmation is a 2 ½ year program at Grace Lutheran Church that offers time for youth to reflect on their own faith and baptism. Youth typically start in 7th grade and finish during their 9th grade year. Through this program youth will learn about themselves, how to use their Bible, learn about God and develop relationships with others in the Grace Community. This will be done through learning in a multiple of styles, having fellowship evenings, service work and centering our time around God.

Youth Group (9th – 12th) 6:30-8:00pm
We are revamping our High School Youth Ministry! This is a time of fellowship with other high school students to talk about more interesting topics. We will have discussions, food and activities in the Youth Room. Friends are always welcome!
